Il disco contiene le due espansioni rilasciate per Grand Theft Auto IV: The Lost and Damned & The ballad of Gay Tony.
- The Lost and Damned
presenta un nuovo personaggio principale, Johnny Klebitz, e una trama
che si intreccia con la vicenda di Grand Theft Auto IV; missioni
originali che offrono possibilità interamente nuove di esplorare
Liberty City con nuove modalità multiplayer, armi e veicoli e una
diversa colonna sonora con musiche extra che continuano la tradizione
qualitativa caratteristica del marchio Grand Theft Auto. - The Ballad of Gay Tony:
un'overdose di violenza, lusso e squallore a Liberty City. Il
protagonista del gioco, Luis Lopez, gangster per hobby e assistente di
professione di Tony Prince (noto come"Gay Tony"), un impresario di
nightclub, si troverà a combattere contro parenti e amici, con l'eterno
dubbio di chi possa ritenere suo amico o nemico, in un mondo in cui
